Pre-sliced and keyed for printing on a 20cmx20cmx20cm bed.

Model is set up to use a 3/8" dowel for a center support rod running from blade to handle, as well as two 1/4" channels for blade alignment. The dowels run the entire length of the blade so it should be very durable.

We have included variants of the flourish based on printing preference. There is a one-piece option (Flourish.stl) that prints vertically and needs a lot of support and thus can end up with support material to fix up, as well as work to do on the base to fit into the hand guard. There is also a split version (Flourish 1, Flourish 2 and Flourish Pegs) that allows you to print it in halves and connect them with the pegs, which will take almost no support but have a seam around the perimeter. Each has its own benefits.

We printed ours at 0.1 and 0.15mm layers. We suggest keeping a moderate infill (no lower than 15%) and walls of about 1-1.2mm. The flourish in particular benefits from thicker walls.
